General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between vg8 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any person ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who accesses or uses the vg8 website at vg8.today, including all associated sub-pages, services, games, betting markets, promotions, and features. By accessing the Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all activities conducted through the vg8 Platform, including but not limited to: registering and maintaining a player account, making deposits and withdrawal requests in Bangladeshi Taka, participating in casino games, placing bets on sports including cricket, claiming bonuses and promotional offers, participating in the vg8 Loyalty Program, and contacting the customer support team.

These Terms are governed by the principles of fair dealing and are intended to be interpreted in a manner consistent with protecting the legitimate interests of both vg8 and its players. Where any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

vg8 reserves the right to refuse service, restrict access, or terminate accounts at its sole discretion where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, misuse of the Platform, breach of these Terms, or where continued service would expose vg8 or other players to risk of harm. Such decisions will be communicated to the affected player where practicable.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to the vg8 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• Age: You must be 18 years of age or older. vg8 does not permit players under the age of 18 to register, deposit, play, or claim any promotional offer under any circumstances. This restriction is absolute and non-negotiable.
• Identity: You must register using your real, legal name and accurate personal information. The name on your vg8 account must match the name on the payment method you use for deposits and withdrawals.
• Single Account: You must not already hold an active or previously suspended vg8 account. Each individual is entitled to one account only. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed.
• Capacity: You must be registering on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion order on vg8 or any other gaming platform where self-exclusion programmes apply.

Players who knowingly provide false information about their age or identity during the registration process are in material breach of these Terms. vg8 reserves the right to close such accounts immediately, retain any deposited funds pending investigation, and void any associated winnings. vg8 may also report such activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

Account Registration

To access the full range of vg8 services — including depositing funds, placing bets, playing casino games, and claiming bonuses — you must first complete the registration process and create a verified player account. Registration is free of charge.

During registration, you will be required to provide accurate and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid mobile number, and a unique username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. vg8 will never ask you to share your password with our support team or any other party.

• Accurate Information: All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and kept up to date. If any of your registered details change, you must update them promptly via your account settings or by contacting the support team.
• Password Security: You are responsible for choosing a strong, unique password and for keeping it confidential. vg8 recommends enabling two-factor SMS authentication, which is available in your account security settings.
• Account Verification: vg8 may require identity verification (KYC) at any stage — including before processing a first withdrawal, during a high-value transaction, or at any point where verification is considered necessary for security or compliance purposes. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in account restrictions.
• Account Security: You must notify vg8 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. vg8 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain account security, including sharing your credentials with third parties.
• Device Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that your devices are adequately secured and that no other person — particularly any person under the age of 18 — is able to access your vg8 account. Enable screen locks and log out of your account after each session when using a shared device.

vg8 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. This includes applications where there is a pattern of bonus abuse, where the applicant has been previously excluded from the platform, or where vg8 has reason to believe that registration is being made in bad faith.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the vg8 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). vg8 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, as well as bank transfers to and from major Bangladeshi commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. International card payments via Visa and Mastercard may also be available subject to processing partner availability.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit on vg8 is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account and will be returned to the originating payment method.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your vg8 BDT wallet within seconds of the transaction being confirmed. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the sending institution.
• Withdrawal Requests: Withdrawal requests to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are processed within 15 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers are processed within one business day.
• Payment Method Matching: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to protect your funds.
• Verification Before Withdrawal: vg8 may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests submitted while a verification check is pending will be placed on hold until verification is completed.
• Wagering Requirements: Where a deposit has been made in conjunction with a bonus offer carrying a wagering requirement, withdrawal of funds derived from that bonus may be restricted until the wagering requirement has been met. See the Bonuses & Promotions section for full details.
• Transaction Fees: vg8 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside vg8's control.

Bonuses & Promotions

vg8 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses for new registrations, reload bonuses for existing players, free spins on selected slot titles, and cricket-specific offers tied to major tournament fixtures including BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of each promotion, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

• Opt-In Requirement: Most bonuses on vg8 require active opt-in. A bonus will not be applied to your account automatically unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. Read the promotion terms carefully before opting in.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement, which is the total amount you must wager before bonus-derived funds become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire within the period specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Attempting to claim a second bonus while one is active may result in the second bonus being voided.
• Bonus Abuse: vg8 monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or exploiting errors in promotional configurations. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will have bonuses voided and may be subject to additional restrictions.
• Right to Withdraw: vg8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that the terms of any bonus already claimed and in progress by a player will be honoured through to completion.

The vg8 Loyalty Program and the Treasure Hunt campaign are governed by their own programme-specific terms, which are published on the respective programme pages at /loyalty-program and /treasure-hunt. In the event of any conflict between those programme terms and these general Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the vg8 Platform, you agree to act at all times in a manner that is lawful, ethical, and consistent with fair play principles. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• False Identity: Registering an account using a false name, false date of birth, a stolen identity, or another person's payment credentials.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one vg8 account, whether simultaneously or sequentially, for any purpose including bonus farming or to circumvent account restrictions.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any tool that interacts with the vg8 Platform without direct human input in real time.
• Collusion: Working in concert with other players or with individuals employed by game providers to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or betting market.
• Money Laundering: Using the vg8 Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are, or that you have reason to believe are, proceeds of criminal activity. vg8 has a legal obligation to report suspicious financial activity.
• Platform Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software errors, glitches, or misconfigured odds to generate profit in circumstances that would not be possible under normal operating conditions. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known error are void.
• Abusive Conduct: Directing abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing language or behaviour toward vg8 support staff or other players on any vg8 channel.
• Underage Access: Permitting, facilitating, or failing to prevent a person under the age of 18 from accessing or using your vg8 account.

vg8 employs a combination of automated systems and human review to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, vg8 will take proportionate action, which may range from a formal warning and suspension of specific account functions, through to permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances. The severity of the action taken will be determined by the nature and extent of the breach.

Account Suspension & Closure

Either you or vg8 may close a player account at any time. The process and consequences differ depending on whether the closure is voluntary (initiated by the player) or involuntary (initiated by vg8).

• Voluntary Closure: If you wish to close your vg8 account, contact the support team at [email protected] with a written request. Any available balance in your BDT wallet (net of outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable period after the closure request is processed.
• Self-Exclusion Closure: Players who request self-exclusion will have their accounts suspended for the duration of the exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the period specified. See the Responsible Gaming page for full details on self-exclusion options.
• Involuntary Suspension: vg8 may suspend an account pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct, identity fraud, or payment irregularity. During a suspension, access to the account and withdrawal of funds will be restricted until the investigation is complete.
• Involuntary Closure for Breach: Where an investigation confirms a material breach of these Terms, vg8 may permanently close the account. In cases of fraud, identity misrepresentation, money laundering, or exploitation of the Platform, vg8 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance. In all other cases, any legitimate balance will be returned to the player after deducting any bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements.
• Inactive Account Policy: Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. vg8 will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder before applying any dormant account administration process. Players with dormant accounts should contact [email protected] to reactivate their account.

Intellectual Property

All content on the vg8 Platform — including but not limited to the vg8 brand name, logo, graphic design, page layouts, written text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of vg8 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Nothing on the Platform constitutes a transfer of any intellectual property rights to you.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the vg8 Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any Platform content; create derivative works based on Platform content; reverse-engineer or decompile any software forming part of the Platform; or use any vg8 branding or trademarks in connection with any third-party product, service, or website.

Game content on the vg8 Platform is provided under licence from independent game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All intellectual property rights in those games remain with their respective studios. vg8 is not responsible for the content of games beyond its obligations under the applicable licensing agreements.

Any unauthorised use of vg8 intellectual property — including scraping Platform content, mirroring the website, or using vg8 branding to create a confusingly similar product or service — will be treated as an infringement and may result in legal action. To the fullest extent permitted by law, vg8's liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. vg8 is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the vg8 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between you and vg8 with respect to the subject matter herein, and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements between the parties on the same subject matter.
